Update through the weather. This morning has been scattered with thunderstorms again and based on the forecast it will not let up until Wed morning. So, I have adjusted my miles because I will be behind now majorly. Going to Beaumont, Texas Wednesday, then Liberty, Texas and arriving in Houston, Texas on Friday. Working with Carol from Houston on a meet and greet Friday night and hope that the followers here on FB in the area will come out. The details I will post here soon. I do want to thank Mo and the staff here at the SpringHill Suites Lake Charles because they have a cyclist that is stuck during this weather. It also is going to put the pressure on me to get to San Diego for the record side of my journey by March 24th. Biting my nails, but can’t go out in weather like this when there is lighting and heavy rain. Feeling trapped a bit.
