Made it to Triathlon Lab today. Spent the day watching amazing individuals help cyclist and triathletes of all ages and abilities. In the morning, if you are in the Redondo Beach area and would like to bike with us from the store to Santa Monica Pier we will meet at 9am. It’s a nice 10 miles and cool celebration of two crossings at one point. I would not have made it across the country without the help if Lloyd and the entire team at Trilab.
