You won’t believe where I am at. First meet Chef Chris Cook from the The Emily Morgan Hotel – a DoubleTree by Hilton here in San Antonio, Texas. The hotel is is right across the street from the The Alamo – Authorized Page. The crazy thing is that Chef Chris is taking the time to make me a dinner for tonight before he appears on the Food Network at 9pm CT/8pm ET on Chef Wanted. My mouth is watering already as he knows I can eat a feast!
