Reached Liberty, Texas and to my surprise Mayor Carl Pickett and Mary Ann from the Liberty-Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce was here to meet me at the Scottish Inn. They have really made me feel at home especially under police escort from Officer Bubba Pearson.
