The Arizona police are awesome! I’ve been on and off the interstate since Tucumcari, New Mexico and only 1 officer mentioned being off the interstate. But meet Officer ‘Awesome’ who put it this way; you’re doing it for charity, we see you out here and so we have no need to bother you, just be safe. (By the way there is some times no road other than the interstate just to clarify.)
