Good luck if you’re lacing up your shoes for your first or next race and I have some news too. As many of you know, I have had, and continue to have some nagging knee issues. A knee problem that forced me to go from running to cycling during this second solo crossing of the U.S.. But, today I am lacing up for a 5k to get back into things again because by “”love, I am a runner.”” I’ll be making an appearance at the University of South Alabama JAG 5K Spirit Run and putting in a nice easy pace; my first miles in a long time.
You’re my strength and that will be my adrenaline this morning and I wish you the best of luck on your race this weekend as well. First, time to do laundry though
