So cool to be watching the chef at the ORO Restaurant that made my dinner tonight on the Food Network right now; which was amazing!!! Grilled Akaushi flat iron steak with roasted garlic veal jus along with pan seared chilean sea bass and gingered sweet potatoes. By far it was the best dinner I have had on both journeys; run across the U.S. last year and cycle across the country this year. By the way, how does that happen that the hotel that I stay at, their head chef is on TV that same night.
